What is a Virtual Office Assistant?

 

A Virtual Assistant (VA) works independently via the internet utilizing the latest technologies in providing support, services and skills to busy business operators. Working with a VA removes the need for office space and associated equipment as a Virtual Office Assistant works from their own office.

 

A Virtual Assistant is available to assist you when you need it, including after hours or weekends, all at one hourly rate.

 

There are many benefits associated with working with a VA, but the most significant is not having the costs of an employee, such as:

  • All word processing services i.e. typing of reports, letters, proposals, manuals etc
  • Answering mail and emails
  • Handling large mail outs and mail merge documents
  • Diary management
  • MYOB Accounts – invoicing, following up with customers on outstanding accounts
  • Editing/formatting documents

I can also assist with managing the administration of your business so you can concentrate on developing and running your business.

 

A Clayton's Secretary - Your Virtual AssistantOne-off jobs are welcome as well as ongoing work. No job is too big or too small. I can also visit your workplace if need be (north side of Brisbane only).

 

I strive to return work within a 48 hour turnaround unless the client specifies a timeframe for delivery of work.

Rates: Word processing / Administration / MYOB services - $40.00 per

hour.

Onsite service (Brisbane/40km radius from Eatons Hill) - $50.00 per hour. (Depending on the location, travel costs may be extra.)

About Me


Based in Eatons Hill (Brisbane, Australia) I am the owner/operator of my administration business as a Virtual Assistant. I have had extensive experience, over 17 years, in office management and administration in both Personal Assistant and Office Manager roles.

 

My experience has varied across the State Government, Banking and Customer Service industries. I have advanced skills in typing/word processing and I am very competent in all areas of office administration. I provide a high level of professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. My areas of interest are office organization and customer service.
